It’s tough to find public resources for some platforms, so here is some help. If you are an Omniture user, you want to visit the Help section and look for ActionSource_User_Guide.pdf. In ClickTracks, there is a document you’ll want to get from the help section, Tracking Flash and non-javascript events.doc. In WebTrends, you should be looking for specialized documentation on dcsMultiTrack, which you can find in their knowledge base or through your support rep.
